The Ambassadors Network connects upscale customers of American Express Publishing magazines, books, and clubs (Travel + Leisure magazine, Travel + Leisure Elite Traveler, Food & Wine magazine, Food & Wine Connoisseur Club, etc.) to marketers. The group is united in its desire to influence its members' favorite brands, share their ideas and opinions, learn about new ideas, connect and learn about fellow Ambassadors, and engage and communicate about things that are relevant to them. The role of the Ambassadors is to speak out, be heard, and share their thoughts and opinions about the premium brands they use. American Express Publishing created the Ambassadors Network in response to a primary concern of many marketers today: a desire for a closer connection with and understanding of their buying audience. This network is a conduit to that connection, powered by a mutual respect and two-way exchange of information between brands and their buyers. Participants are engaged because they expect feedback on how their opinions mattered. No other audience carries this level of enthusiasm to participate or offers this much value to brands.
